💳 How billing works (please read)

  • At checkout you pay a deposit today (฿3,000 team / ฿500 solo) and your card is saved securely by Stripe, never stored by us.
  • Then the weekly fee is charged automatically every match day for 7 weeks, starting 4 Aug 2026: ฿3,000/week per team (฿24,000 total) or ฿300/week per solo player (฿2,600 total).
  • Billing stops on its own after the 7th week, no ongoing subscription.
  • Shown in THB; overseas cards are converted to your own currency by your bank.

Waiver & billing terms

Bangkok Ballers League Player Waiver & Release of Liability

Assumption of risk. I understand that football is a physical, contact sport that carries an inherent risk of injury. I confirm I am physically fit to participate and do so voluntarily and at my own risk.

Release & indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, I release and hold harmless Bangkok Ballers League, its organisers, staff, referees, partners, sponsors and host venues from any liability for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Medical

I consent to reasonable first aid being administered if I am injured, and I accept responsibility for my own health insurance and any medical costs incurred.

Conduct

I agree to follow the league rules, respect referee decisions, and act fairly toward opponents, teammates and officials. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in suspension without refund.

Media consent (optional)

If I tick the optional media box, I consent to photographs and video taken at matches being used to promote the league across its website and social channels.

Age

I confirm I am 18 years or older, or that a parent/guardian has consented to my participation.

Weekly billing terms

By registering I add a payment card that is securely stored by the league's payment processor (Stripe), the league never sees or stores my card number. My deposit is charged at sign-up to confirm my place.

For each remaining week of the season, I authorise the weekly fee (e.g. ฿3,000 per team) to be charged automatically to my card on match day, until the season ends or I withdraw in writing before a match day. Prices are shown in Thai Baht; my bank may convert the charge to my own currency.

Fees for weeks already played or started are non-refundable. If a charge fails, I agree to settle it promptly; repeated failed payments may forfeit my place.
